Discovering the Wasal seller app
Run your Wasal store from your phone: orders, stock, sales statistics and instant notifications, without ever opening a computer.
On this page
Wasal now offers a mobile app to its sellers. It carries every Seller Portal feature and adds the one thing a browser cannot do: alert you on your phone the moment an order comes in.
Available now. The app is called Wasal Vendeur : ma boutique on both the App Store and Google Play. Download it from the links below, or search for that name in your phone's app store.
The one-minute tour
What you need
- An active Wasal seller account — the app is restricted to authenticated sellers.
- Your usual credentials: the same ones you use on the Seller Portal. No separate sign-up.
- An iPhone or Android phone.
If you run several stores, you will find them all in the store selector at the top of the screen, exactly as on the portal.
Your dashboard on opening
The app opens on your dashboard. At the top sit the alerts that call for action: products awaiting validation, products out of stock.
Below them, your metrics over the period of your choice — 30 days, 90 days, the current year or 12 months: revenue, average basket, payments and the number of orders awaiting processing.
Three shortcuts take you straight to your statistics, your promo codes and your returns.
Your orders, right through to handover
The Orders tab lists every order with its status. The filters along the top — Pending, Approved, Ready — isolate the ones waiting on you in a single tap.
Searching by order number saves you scrolling the whole list when a customer calls.
Open an order to see its detail: payment method, carrier, quality control, items ordered and a breakdown of the amounts down to the net payable.
The code to scan sits at the bottom of the order. You show it to the courier from your phone, with nothing to print.
The full order-processing sequence is covered in Processing an order — it is identical on the app and on the portal.
Your catalogue and your stock
The Products tab mirrors your catalogue, showing each item's price, publication status, stock level and number of variants.
The Out of stock filter gives you the exact list of items to restock. The To validate tab tracks the listings still under review at Wasal.
To understand how stock and variants fit together, see Managing stock and variants.
Your sales statistics
The Statistics screen ranks your best sellers over the period and shows you your most-viewed products.
The gap between those two lists is telling: a product viewed often but rarely bought usually points to a problem with price, photography or availability.
Notifications, the app's real gain
This is the substantive difference from the browser. The app tells you on your phone at every stage, without your having to open anything.
You are notified in particular for:
- a new order received;
- an order marked ready, delivered or cancelled;
- a product going out of stock;
- a product listing approved or rejected.
Allow notifications the first time you open the app. If you decline them, you will have to re-enable them in your phone's settings.
Which events trigger a notification remains your store's decision: you set it in the Notification tab of Store settings.
Reacting quickly counts twice over: processing times weigh on your seller score.
The same features as the web portal
The app is not a stripped-down version. Everything you do on seller.wasal.com can also be done from your phone: viewing and processing orders, confirming shipments, tracking returns, managing your catalogue and stock, creating and running promo codes, checking your statistics, following your payments and invoices, and talking to the Wasal team through the built-in messaging.
So you pick the screen to suit the moment, not the task. The portal stays more comfortable for high-volume work — importing products from an Excel file, for instance.
