Dashboard overview
Your seller dashboard is accessible from your personal space on Wasal. It centralizes all the information you need to manage your store.
Key indicators
Revenue
Track your revenue in real time, by day, week, or month. Identify trends and sales peaks to adjust your strategy.
Compare your revenue from one week to the next rather than from one day to the next. Daily variations are normal and can be misleading.
Orders in progress
Keep an eye on the number of orders to be processed. A good seller processes their orders the same day or the next day at the latest.
Conversion rate
The ratio between the number of visitors to your product listings and the number of sales. If this rate is low (< 2%), review your photos, descriptions, or prices.
Seller rating
Your overall rating out of 5 stars. It is visible to buyers and influences your ranking in search results.
Recommended actions
Check your dashboard every morning — Process new orders and respond to customer messages.
Analyze your best-selling products — Highlight them, make sure you have stock, and create similar products.
Identify dormant products — If a product has not sold in 30 days, review its listing: photo, title, price.
Monitor your return rate — A rate above 5% signals a problem (misleading description, insufficient quality, inadequate packaging).
Detailed statistics are updated every hour. For financial data (commissions, transfers), consult the Billing section.
Notifications
Enable push and email notifications so you never miss anything:
- New order received
- Message from a buyer
- Order pending for more than 12 hours
- Low stock on a product
Sellers who do not confirm their orders within 24 hours receive a warning. Three warnings can lead to a temporary suspension of the store.
