Seller KYC Identity Verification

Why verification?

Identity verification is mandatory to protect buyers and ensure the reliability of the marketplace. You cannot receive payments until you have verified your identity.

Required documents

For individuals

• National identity card (CIN), front and back
• A selfie holding your CIN next to your face

For businesses

• CIN of the legal representative
• Trade register (Model 7)
• ICE certificate

Submitting your documents

1. Go to My account → Verification
2. Upload the requested documents (JPEG or PDF format, max 5 MB per file)
3. Click Submit for verification

Timelines and statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Documents submitted, verification in progress
Verified	Verification successful, account active
Rejected	Documents not compliant (an explanatory email will be sent to you)

Verification usually takes 24 to 48 business hours. If your request is rejected, you can submit new documents.
