When should you deactivate your store?
- During holidays or time off
- During a restocking period
- In the event of a temporary logistics issue
Process all pending orders before deactivating.
Go to the settings of your store in the Seller Portal.
Enable pause mode — Your products will no longer be visible to buyers.
Reactivate when you are ready. All your data is preserved.
Deactivation is temporary and reversible. Your products, seller rating, and history are fully preserved.
