What you will learn
This video shows you how to put your store on hold temporarily, for example during holidays or a restocking period.
Go to your store settings — In the Seller Portal, open your store settings.
Enable pause mode — Temporarily deactivate your store. Your products will no longer be visible to buyers.
Reactivate when you are ready — When you want to resume, reactivate your store. All your products and your history are kept.
Temporary deactivation does not delete any data. Your products, your seller rating and your order history are kept in full.
Before deactivating your store, make sure you have processed all pending orders. Unprocessed orders may result in penalties.
