This page gathers the pricing conditions negotiated between your store and Wasal — commission rates, packaging fees, payment fees and consignment terms. It is available in read-only mode from the Seller Portal.

Accessing the module

In the Seller Portal, go directly to seller.wasal.com/dashboard/special-conditions.

If no special condition has been configured for your store yet, the page displays "No data". This is not an error — it means you operate under the standard pricing grid.

The 5 fee types

Use the filter tabs at the top of the table to display conditions by type:

  • Commission — negotiated rate on sales for one or more categories
  • Packaging — packaging fees charged by Wasal
  • CMI (Card) — processing fees applied to bank card payments
  • Cash / COD — handling fees for cash or cash-on-delivery payments
  • Consignment — terms specific to consignment products

The 3 condition statuses

A second group of tabs filters conditions by their status:

  • Active — condition currently applied to your sales
  • Upcoming — scheduled condition, not yet active
  • Expired — condition whose validity period has passed

Reading the table

Each row of the table contains six columns:

ColumnDescription
Fee TypeFee type (Commission, Packaging, CMI…)
ValueRate or amount of the condition
ScopeScope: global or specific to your store
Channel / PaymentSales channel or payment method concerned
PeriodStart and end validity dates
StatusActive / Upcoming / Expired

You can also use the Search conditions… field to filter by keyword, and adjust the number of rows displayed via the Rows per page selector.

Read-only page

This page is read-only. You cannot create, edit or delete a special condition from the Seller Portal. To negotiate or change a condition, contact your Wasal account manager or open a ticket through the Complaint module.
