This video walks you through the complete management of your orders on the Seller Portal: from receipt to shipping.

   Review your new orders — Go to the Orders section to see your pending orders.

   Accept the order — Confirm that you can fulfill the order within the required time frame.

   Prepare the parcel — Pack the product in accordance with the Wasal packaging guidelines.

4. 04

   Mark as "Ready to collect" — Indicate that the parcel is ready for the carrier.

   Track the delivery — Check the delivery status in your dashboard.
