W NOW (express delivery)
Wasal's express delivery mode: the customer is delivered within 2 hours. You must accept the order within 40 minutes and prepare it within 10 minutes.
W NOW is Wasal's express delivery mode: the customer is delivered within 2 hours. It is the buyer who chooses this mode at the time of ordering; you can see it in the "Delivery type" column of the Seller Portal.
Example: a customer orders a last-minute gift via W NOW at 2 p.m.; they must receive it before 4 p.m.
On the seller's side, this mode imposes strict deadlines during your opening hours: accept the order within 40 minutes, then mark it "Ready to collect" within 10 minutes. Beyond that, penalties apply.
Without acceptance after 75 minutes, the W NOW order is cancelled automatically and the sale's commission is withheld in full.
