Wasal's standard delivery mode, with a wider collection window: 12 hours to accept the order and 75 minutes to prepare the parcel.
W COMFORT is Wasal's standard delivery mode, with a wider collection window than W NOW. It is suited to products that require more preparation time. As with W NOW, it is the buyer who chooses this mode when placing the order.
Example: a customer orders furniture that needs assembling; with W COMFORT, you have the time you need to pack the parcel properly before collection.
On the seller side, the deadlines to meet during your opening hours are 12 hours to accept the order, then 75 minutes to mark it as "Ready for collection". If the order is not accepted after 24 hours, it is cancelled automatically and the commission is withheld.
