Seller score
A grade from A to E that measures the overall quality of your Wasal store. It affects your visibility and your access to commercial operations.
The seller score is the grade that summarizes the overall quality of your store on Wasal, on a scale from A (excellent performance) to E (degraded performance), together with a percentage from 0 to 100%.
For example, a seller who accepts orders on time, keeps cancellations low, and responds quickly to disputes maintains an A or B grade. Conversely, repeated stock-outs or frequent returns cause the score to drop.
You can view it in My store → Settings → General tab, in the Seller Performance panel. A good score improves your visibility on the marketplace and is one of the criteria for being invited to Wasal commercial operations, such as Flash Sales.
