KPI (performance indicators)

Numeric indicators that measure your store's performance: GMV, average order value, Payouts and traffic, visible in the analytics dashboard.

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicators. These are the figures that let you steer your business: sales, traffic, payments.

On Wasal, the Seller Portal's analytics dashboard displays three main KPIs: GMV (the total amount of your orders), the average order value, and Payouts (the amount actually paid into your bank account). Added to these are traffic metrics, such as the views of your store and your products over the last 30 days.

For example, a product that is viewed a lot but sells little often signals a pricing or photo problem.

Compare your GMV and your Payouts regularly: the gap between the two corresponds to the commissions and returns deducted by Wasal.
