SLA Penalty

Progressive sanction applied when an SLA deadline is exceeded: a warning, then commission withholding, and finally delisting of your store.

The SLA penalty is the sanction applied when you exceed an order-processing deadline. It follows a progressive system: on the first breach, you receive a simple warning, with no financial withholding. On the second, the commission for the sale is withheld in full — and the W-Now service is deactivated if the order was on express delivery. From the third breach onward, the commission is withheld and your store is delisted for 7 days.

For example, if you accept a W-Comfort order after the 12-hour deadline for the second time, the commission for that sale is withheld in full.

Cancelling an order, or its automatic cancellation due to a missed deadline, also results in the full withholding of the commission.
