Delisting
Temporary deactivation of your Wasal store for 7 days after repeated SLA breaches. Reactivation requires a corrective action plan.
Delisting is the temporary deactivation of your store on Wasal: your products disappear from the marketplace and you no longer receive orders for the duration of the penalty.
It is triggered on the third SLA deadline breach: your store is then delisted for 7 days, in addition to the commission being withheld.
For example, a seller who accepts their orders late on three occasions sees their store removed from the marketplace for a week — a direct loss of revenue and visibility.
Reactivation is not automatic: you must share a corrective action plan and hold a meeting with the Wasal team before your store is brought back online.
