Order statuses
The stages of an order on Wasal, from Pending to Invoiced. Only two statuses require action on your part: approve, then mark as ready.
Order statuses show where each order stands on Wasal. The normal journey follows six stages: Pending (new order), Approved (you have confirmed it), Ready For Pickup (parcel ready for the carrier), In Progress (delivery on its way), Delivered, then Invoiced (order settled). Other statuses cover special cases: Disapproved, Cancelled, Returned / Delivery Failed and Payment Pending.
For example, when a customer orders from you, the order appears in the Pending tab: check your stock, then approve it to start preparation.
Only two stages require manual action on your part: Pending (approve the order) and Approved (mark as ready). All other transitions are automatic.
