The online workspace where you manage your Wasal store day to day: catalog, orders, invoices, and performance statistics.
The Seller Portal is Wasal's seller workspace: the online space where you manage your entire activity on the marketplace. This is where you create your product listings, process your orders, review your invoices, and track your sales statistics.
In practical terms, it is the first screen you open every morning: a new order comes in, you accept it from the portal, then you mark it "Ready to collect" once the parcel is packed.
The left-hand side menu groups the essential sections, such as My invoices to view your invoices in PDF, or the analytics dashboard to track your performance.
Enable the Seller Portal's push notifications: you will be alerted as soon as a new order arrives, and you will find it easier to meet your SLA deadlines.
