Vacation mode
Temporarily pausing your Wasal store while you are away: your products can no longer be ordered, and your data is preserved.
Vacation mode is the temporary pausing of your Wasal store while you are away: on leave, on holiday, or during a restocking period. Your products are no longer visible to buyers and you no longer receive orders, but your account stays active.
For example, a seller who closes their workshop for two weeks in August activates vacation mode before leaving, then reactivates their store upon returning: their products, their seller rating, and their order history are fully preserved.
You activate it from your store settings in the Seller Portal.
Before activating vacation mode, process all pending orders: unprocessed orders may result in penalties.
