ICE
Common Enterprise Identifier: a unique number that identifies each Moroccan company with the public administrations and appears on your invoices.
The ICE, or Identifiant Commun de l'Entreprise (Common Enterprise Identifier), is a unique number that identifies each Moroccan company in a harmonised way across all public administrations. It appears on your official documents and must be shown on the invoices you issue.
Example: a supplier or a business customer asks you for your ICE in order to draw up a compliant invoice. You simply need to copy it exactly as it appears on your tax documents. As a seller, remember to include it on your own sales invoices as well: it is a mandatory item for Moroccan companies.
Do not confuse the ICE with the tax identifier (IF) or the trade register number: these are three distinct numbers, each with its own use.
