Official document that summarizes what Wasal owes you at each settlement cycle, with a breakdown of sales and the deductions applied.
An invoice is the official document that summarizes a transaction: products sold, amounts, taxes and deductions. It is a mandatory document for your accounting.
On Wasal, your invoices are generated automatically at each settlement cycle. Each one lists your sales for the period, followed by the deductions applied: Wasal commission, Cash on Delivery fees and packaging fees. The amount shown corresponds to the net amount paid to you.
To view them, open My invoices in the left menu of the portal, then click View invoice: the PDF opens and you can download it for your accountant.
Keep your invoices for at least 10 years: they are mandatory for your accounting and in the event of a tax audit.
