RIB
Bank account identity statement (RIB): the details of the account into which Wasal pays your earnings. Entered only once during onboarding.
The RIB (relevé d'identité bancaire, bank account identity statement) is the document that contains the full details of your bank account. This is the account into which Wasal pays out the proceeds of your sales by bank transfer.
For example, when you create your seller account, you provide the RIB of the account dedicated to your business: all your payouts will arrive there automatically.
On Wasal, the RIB is entered only once, during onboarding. There is no edit page in the portal: to change it later, contact your account manager at 05 22 09 43 43.
An incorrect RIB blocks all your transfers. If you have any doubt about the IBAN you entered at registration, contact support without delay.
