Delivery note (BL)
A document that accompanies a delivery and lists its contents precisely. Essential both for your customer parcels and for your stock deposits at the WFC.
The delivery note (BL, from the French bon de livraison) is the document that accompanies a delivery and lists precisely what it contains: references, descriptions, and quantities. It allows the recipient to check the goods received against what was declared.
Example: you ship three parcels to a warehouse; the delivery note attached to the shipment details the contents, and the receiving clerk checks off each item on arrival.
On Wasal, you print the delivery note from the detail page of each order. For a stock deposit at the WFC, label each parcel with its delivery note number and its Wasal order number, and attach a packing list.
A complete and legible delivery note speeds up inspection on arrival at the WFC.
